What the heck is “wellness”?
Wellness has become a word that’s used an overwhelming amount. People are always talking about how to cultivate wellness, live a wellness-based lifestyle, and generally “be” wellness. It can often be confused with being strictly about your nutrition & fitness.
But it happens that wellness is so much more than that. Wellness encompasses every area of your life…because every area of life can affect how you live!
